Check-in is available by keypad entry. Trash service is provided. *5-10 minute walk to Old Colorado City shops, eateries, parks and historical sites. *5 minute drive to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Colorado College, Downtown Colorado Springs. *Bike to Red Rock Canyon Open Space and other trails. *Easy access to I-25 and Hwy 24 for ease of commuting This is a completely non-smoking property. No tobacco, no vaping, no marijuana anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. Pets are allowed with owner approval. Owner is responsible for trash pickup services, internet access, HOA fees, general maintenance, and upgrades to the property. Rental fee includes all utilities (water, electricity, and gas). Parking is abundant, with access to a 1 car garage and a parking space. There is also a parking lot that is available for resident purposes. We require a $2,000 security deposit to hold your rental dates. This security deposit will be returned within 30 days of your departure. We are currently accepting rental requests for stays between 1 to 12 months.
