Each renter will have their own refrigerator space. It is expected that the livings peace be cleaned regularly by renters and to report any maintenance issues to landlord. This home is furnished with the necessary furniture but you are welcome to decorate your bedroom if you like. 6 month lease term is available. Rental application, ID, social security card, 2 months bank statement is required. Proof of employment.
