    This is an ad for the rental of a wonderful house in Richardson, TX. The house is in a nice quiet and safe area of Richardson with great schools nearby Terrace Elementary, Apollo Middle School, and Berkner High School. UTD is also 15 minutes away. The house is very close to the Spring Valley Dart rail station and has many stores located within a 5 minute radius. I would like to rent the house to a person or family who is responsible and will take good care of the property. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own bathroom. The living room and kitchen are very spacious and the house also has a dinning area with a backyard view. The backyard is relatively big and you are free to plant vegetables and/or make a garden in the yard if you wish. There is also a storage shed in the yard for additional storage space. The garage is a 2-car garage. I would like to rent the house to the right person/family for $1500 a month plus utilities. I pay around 100-200 for electricity $30 for city utilities/gas, $50 for internet, and $40 for yard maintenance. First and last month rent is due at moving date. If you do a search around the neighborhood you will see single family homes renting for a much higher price. I am setting a low price on my house because I want to rent it to the right person/family who I can trust to take care of the property, who will not be negligent, and treat the house as if it were their own. I don't want to deal with irresponsible people. Please contact me only if you think that you will be an excellent tenant and be able to demonstrate income and references.
