We had our roof was replaced March 2021, our air conditioner was replaced April 2022, and the main sewer line was replaced February 2024! All the main issues that can make home ownership a nightmare have been addressed. The house has a raised foundation so the crawlspace makes maintenance and future projects easy. We are in the process of updating the home and currently we are installing a wood privacy fence that will enclose the entire backyard. The living room, hallway and bedrooms are all hardwood floors but the kitchen and dining room are laminate. The master bath was remodeled January 2024 and the guest bathroom was recently updated (new vanity, new toilet, new light fixture, new shower fixtures). The home has tons of potential and we are slowly working through a list of upgrades. Let me know if you have any questions!
