Eye-catching artwork decorates the walls and adds chic flair to your stay. Three bedrooms give everyone enough private space to keep to themselves. The master suite has kind bed and attached bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two bunk beds. Two bathrooms in the house. Both have a shower, are stylishly decorated, and recently renovated. You will find the laundry room fully equipped with a washer/ dryer, baby crib and highchair, vacuum and cleaning products. Please feel free to use any and all! Our back yard is spacious and safe, perfectly fenced in to make any parent with little munchkins feel relaxed and secure. Enjoy alfresco meals under the stars on our outdoor dining set. Our garage can fit ONE car, ONE more can fit in the driveway and TWO more can easily park on the street in front of the house. If you plan on bringing more than FOUR cars, please let us know first so we can help make arrangements. * Owner pays for all utilities (up to $200 for electric, $100 for water and gas) including internet. * Parking available at the 1-car garage, driveway, or street. * Listed monthly rate is applicable for a minimum of 6 months term. Rate may change for any lease term under 6 months. * Please note that listing prices are subject to change during the summer season due to increased demand associated with the World Cup and related events. * Smoking inside the house is not allowed! Violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. * No parties or events allowed. * Pet should be discussed in advance; we only allow house-trained pets and ask to make sure they keep off beds and furniture. Pet cleaning fees to be applied. * Full disclosure policy for numbers of people on the property at any time with security camera verification to comply with local laws. Rest assured - no cameras in any inside private areas - we respect the privacy of our guests. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance.
