Additional visitor spots can be found throughout the community. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or inside the enclosed porch. A maximum total of two pets are permitted. Tenants are responsible for curbing their pet(s) at all times. Pet waste baskets and bags are provided throughout the community. Base rent includes the cost of all utilities (electric, water, gas, sewage) as well as high-speed internet. If the total of Electric + Gas + Internet exceeds $300, Tenant is responsible to pay the amount in excess of $300. Base rent also includes Live TV as well as starter toiletries and kitchen supplies (dish soap and sponge). Tenant is responsible for abiding by all HOA Rules and Regulations, which will be provided as part of the lease agreement (contact us with any questions). Tenant will be held responsible for any HOA Violations incurred while renting the unit. Any violations that result in a fine will be charged to the Tenant as additional rent, and/or withheld from the security deposit.
