We have a furnished Studio in a Victorian building in Uptown Oakland. The floors are hardwood and there is a separate kitchen area with a good size refrigerator, stove and a pantry for storage. The bedroom area has two closets. The studio does NOT have its personal bathroom. Bathrooms are shared and are cleaned daily. Also the studio is only available for one person only. The studio is walking distance to the 19th Street BART Station, Lake Merritt and Whole Foods. The rent is $1100 and the deposit is $1100. We are looking for someone who has a good credit score and who earns at least three times the amount of the rent. No smoking and no pets are allowed. Gas, water and trash is included.
