The studio has hardwood floors and a kitchen. There is a full size bed but if you prefer to bring your own we are willing to remove the bed. The studio does NOT have a personal bathroom however the bathrooms in the hallways are maintained daily. The studio is for ONE person only and I am looking for someone who earns at least 3 times the amount of rent with a good credit score. We are looking for someone who can commit for six months.
