Welcome to this charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment featuring breathtaking views of Downtown Dallas. This contemporary retreat comes fully stocked with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The living room includes a sofa bed, coffee table, and a 55" 4K HDR Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and electric kettle. The bathroom features a bathtub with shower, sink with mirror, and essential toiletries. Oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage. Vehicles that exceed the size limits will be refused entry at check-in in accordance with the Building Parking Policy. Pets are allowed depending on their size and a cleaning fee applies per pet as follows: $25 per night for stays of 14 nights, $200 total for stays of 529 nights, and $300 total for stays of 30 nights or more. We are not responsible for any maintenance or repairs related to the building. To meet legal and security requirements, guests may be required to provide a valid government-issued photo ID, verify contact details, complete our verification process, and undergo a background check if needed. All information is solely for verification purposes and will not be stored or shared. By booking, you agree to comply with rental terms and policies, submit valid ID before check-in, and complete the verification process to receive check-in instructions.
