The condo is in an established neighborhood that includes a pool and a club house that can be rented for activities. This home is close to everything! Shopping, restaurants, gyms, bus stop and so much more! Water is included with rent. The condo is on a 3rd floor, but it only has 2 flights of stairs. The garage is attached to the building but not directly to the unit. You will turn left after you exit the stairs to arrive a few steps in to your garage. The building, where the condo is located, has only 6 condos. Making your stay private and quiet. 2yr, 1yr and 6 months leases available. No smoking. Smokers have the ability to go outside but there is no balcony in the unit. Utilities: Water and pest control is included. Renter is responsible for gas, electricity and internet. No pets: ESA and service animals are always welcomed. Do note, I will request all legal paperwork for ESA and Service animas per law. I myself have a service dog for my disability. All ESA and service animals must behave in a manner expected by the law. Owner remains solely liable for any damages caused by ESA or Service Animal. Rent: Rent is collected on the 1st day of the month via online payment. Deposit: Deposit is 1.5 month of rent. Deposit is held in a trust account until end of your lease and is returned via wire transfer on the last day walkthrough, as the trust account does not have checks. Renters insurance: Is required. All applicants will be subject to a background and credit check at expense of renter. For any special exemptions, please contact landlord directly. Renter will have a "move-in" walkthrough were we take pictures and videos of the home condition and are kept in a shared drive between landlord and tenant for the protection of both the tenant and the landlord. Landlord is a licensed real estate agent. All forms, contracts will be the GA real estate forms and we will have a notary for the signing of the contract at the landlords expense. Renter is NOT responsible for any outside maintenance, yard, pest control or water.
