Great location in downtown Monticello, FL. Built in the 20's with an excellent front porch where you will want to stay and stay (bring the wrought iron tables and chairs). Back in the 1920's people did not build closets in the bedrooms, you will need to add closets or buy antique chifforobe's for each room. Needs some updates and an eye for design.
