It’s a fixer upper sold as is… It’s in the quiet country side. It was a trailer that my grandfather had bricked up and added a big living room with a brick fireplace and a carport. It has cedar walls throughout the house that my grandfather did himself. Looking at it, it looks just like a brick house. It hasn’t been updated and will need to have things fixed. The roof needs some repair or replaced, floors need replacing, central heat/air needs to be fixed, it still has the ductwork for the central air/heat, plumbing does work but the pipes could be replaced, sewer is good though. The yard has many plants and flowers planted from many years of planting my mother and grandmother did. Great soil for having a garden. The yard has saint augistine grass, beautiful azaleas, gardenia, Camilla’s, small vine roses, crape Myrtle trees, a pecan tree, also Amarillo and day Lilly bulbs are scattered throughout the yard. It still has potential to be just as beautiful as it was a few years ago. It’s so pretty in the springtime! There is a small shed that my grandpa also built. It mainly needs a new roof, 2 pieces of tin blew off of it about a year ago. *** My sister still lives in the the house currently, so we have to sale the house in order for her to move out, we would have to have 30 days to get her moved out after the payment is received***
