Step Outside: -Enjoy amazing open-space views from the large outdoor deck off the main level, ideal for BBQs and sunsets. -Down below, the covered patio and private backyard offer a peaceful, shaded area for lounging or reading. -Love gardening? You're welcome to help tend the large raised garden beds during your stay. THE AREA Located in the small town of Firestone about 30 miles north of Denver this home offers a peaceful escape with quick access to big-city attractions via nearby I-25. Just note, public transportation is limited in the area, so a personal vehicle is strongly recommended for your stay. GUEST ACCESS Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including the walkout basement, all living spaces, the backyard, garden beds, and outdoor areas. Check-in is easy and contact-free, and we're available throughout your stay should anything come up. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE -The garage is not available for guest use, but there's plenty of parking on the driveway and along the street. -Firestone Haven is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we ask guests to please respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours after 10 p.m. -This home is ideal for families, groups, and remote workers looking for a balance of space and relaxation. Seeking tenants for 30-90 day rental durations in a fully furnished home. This is a non-smoking property. 2-car garage is not available to tenants, but there is off street parking in the driveway for two vehicles. All utilities, including high-speed internet, are included.
