This house is utilized as an Airbnb Summer rental property. Reservations are already confirmed for Summer 2027. There is no option to extend the winter lease beyond May 15, 2027. WiFi service is included in monthly rent. Electricity costs are responsibility of tenant. No smoking inside the home and no cats inside the home. Both exclusions are specifically mentioned due to potential Airbnb guest allergies.
