Do you need help moving away from home for the first time? This shared 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom house provides structured supports to ensure you have a successful move-in and living experience! Located in a well-established neighborhood near Bridge Street Mall, UAH and Research Park, you will share the living, kitchen, dining, and laundry space with others also learning to venture out on their own. You will be a SINGLE ADULT who is either working or a college student AND who requires a property manager that understands your SENSORY, ORGANIZATION and SOCIAL SKILLS needs. House is one-level, fully remodeled/updated, with living/dining furniture and kitchen/laundry appliances provided. You provide your own bedroom furniture. Utilities are included. You will have your own private bedroom and may share a bathroom. Due to Huntsville Housing Authority, minimum lease is 12 months. Lease will require agreement to follow house rules which ensure shared spaces are accessed and maintained appropriately. Renters will maintain yard (tools provided) and interior of household.
