What I love about this home is how little it asks of you once you’re here. It’s one block from the beach in Garden City, so the day starts with a walk to the sand instead of a drive and a parking hunt. If you own a golf cart it makes the pier, dinner, and a grocery run feel easy.
Inside, it’s already done. Laminate floors, a kitchen with quartz counters and stainless appliances, a queen bed, full-size bed, and a balcony to sit on after the beach. I’ve loved that guests can show up with a suitcase and not need anything else.

Garden City Pier and the restaurants are a short stroll. Murrells Inlet is a quick ride when you want marsh and seafood.
