Open concept cozy home with a garage, parking, and backyard with deck patio. Note: I am a 34-year-old female who is looking for a FEMALE renter only who works out of the home or hybrid with no pets. I work from home in my office Monday-Friday 9-5pm when I am not traveling for work. Looking for a single FEMALE short-term renter with no pets (age range 22-42). I work from home so my preference is that this person works out of the home or hybrid but am open to discussion. I have a dog and cat and travel frequently with work (2-3X a month) so you will have the house to yourself! Ideally this person would help me care for my pets while I'm away and in return you get the place to yourself. I have no other lease terms. You can move in and leave whenever you want. Cat allergy: I feed the cat purina pro plan clear formula which makes him significantly less allergenic. I do everything I can to reduce the allergens in the home. I have hardwood floors so the hair doesn't have carpet to hide in. I also have an upstairs roomba and downstairs roomba vacuum that run daily. The cat is quarantined to the laundry room, my bedroom closet, and office. He does not go into the guest room where you will be staying. He sleeps in my closet.
