Single 10 x 12 room available in North Long Beach. Overhead lighting w/ ceiling fan, and carpet. Facilities include laundry, backyard, and central air. Roommates are passingly social, friendly and open to socialization, but we're all mostly doing our own thing, and looking for someone to do the same. Cleanliness is not paramount, but don't damage property, and clean up after yourself. There is a rental agreement that will need to be signed covering all general rental and space usage terms. There is no minimum rental term, but we will prefer renters seeking to stay long term. Rent is paid through Zelle directly to the owner, and utilities will be sent to the property manager monthly as bills are made available.
