The kitchen has been recently updated as well to feature gorgeous countertops and backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinet space! The washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen. The spacious bedroom features a Queen size bed, comfortable chair for reading or relaxing, a dresser for storage, and a walk in closet. This is the perfect apartment for a single person or a couple to enjoy their time here in Charleston! Hypoallergenic dogs may be considered with a $250 per pet fee. This apartment comes with one designated off street parking space in the parking lot behind the home.
