One bathroom has a standard shower, the other has a clawfoot tub with a shower riser. Old school radiators will keep you cozy all winter. Working wood stove. Dog friendly. Piano stays with the house. Shared fenced in backyard with carriage house. There is no AC, but the place stays pretty cool if you open windows at night and close them during the day (circa 1890 brick!). New dishwasher. New skylight. Great neighbors. Chill landlord. This place has really great energy. I am moving out of town, and will be sad to leave the house. $2400/ month doesn't include gas/ electric. $2000 deposit. 1 year lease preferred. Available May 1, possibly a few days before. Let me know if you're interested, and you can come check it out. Electricity is about $30/ month. Gas got up to $120 in the coldest month this winter. Xfinity cable internet is pretty fast at this location - I pay $55/ month now.
