This was my wife Deb's house, retired Air Force Nurse and I want to honor her memory. I want this this to be lease to buy option in 2 to five years. The house is on a dead end street so not much car traffic. The neighbors are mostly retired military and are all friends. I have an obligation to find a good neighbor for them. I had to stay in this house after the hurricane because my house did not have electricity for 7 days and this house did not loose electricity. I enjoyed the planes flying low overhead and Debi would make fun of my excitement. The house is located near MacDill AFB, central command. The fighter jets come there in the cold of the winter. Not very much air traffic, just the daily runs with "air re-fueler" stationed there and coast guard regularly and random other air craft. The weather is paradise down here this time of year, almost needed a sweater this morning. There is usually extra Lightning hockey tickets available and MLB spring training in March. The kitchen has granite counter-tops and re-modeled bathrooms. I just finished the new floors int the 3 bedrooms replaced the old carpet with laminate flooring. 2 Months rent due $5200 and security deposit $2300; total $7500 due at signing. Day of rent due to either move-in date or 1st of month to be determined. Medium size dog allowed with this rent and/or cat, any more than that is negotiable, no aggressive breeds. Appliances are working and must be maintained by tenant. Washer pump gets stuck with coins. Park in the driveway or the property next door that I own if another space is needed. Do not park on the grass because of lawn sprinklers.
