The house has won numerous architectural awards and has been featured in the The Washington Post, Washingtonian Magazine and Dwell. The living room, dining room and principal bedroom have floor to ceiling windows that face the wooded parkland at the rear of the property. The house is about a ten minute walk to downtown Takoma Park and its numerous restaurants, shops and the weekly farmers' market. The Takoma Metro station is about a 15 minute walk from the house. Please note that this is a short term rental for five months. I am renting the house furnished from mid-May through mid-October. The rental price includes all utilities as well as streaming services (Netflix, Hulu and Max).
