This is a two family building with a lot of the old world charm, including functioning pocket doors, laundry shoot, large windows, high ceilings, and a lot of stained wood trim. Most rooms in the unit have new drywall and we installed new trim and window sills to match the original wood work to maintain the historical charm of the unit. There are two true bedrooms, a living room with a decorative fireplace, a small office, a breakfast nook, and a very large eat-in kitchen. Parking and Transportation: There is a parking slot at the back but all the trees are in the front (hence shaded). There is always parking space in front of the house on the street. It is in a good area where many neighborhoods know each other. No criminal history. We do background check on all applicants. You pay gas and electric. We pay water, sewer, and trash pickup. SECURITY DEPOSIT one month in most cases. If you have no rental history, poor credit, or less than perfect rental history, it will be two months but we will work with you so that you can pay the second month deposit over a four month period. PETS: In general, NO dog. No cats lived in the unit since we owned the building, but there are two cats downstairs. If you have a house trained cat that is not too old, we can discuss.
