Waterfront on saltwater canal with no bridges to the open Gulf
Home was determined to be substantially damaged by FEMA/Pasco County.
The home is currently waiting on Pasco County for demolition.
It could likely be repaired for less than 50% of value if so desired—most of the other homes on the street have contested the substantial damage.

Flood levels reached just below countertops in the home. Mitigation was started within hours of the water receding using generators, fans, dehumidifiers, central air, etc. AC units were above flood level and are functioning normal. Electricity is currently on and functioning normal.
