Top floor unit (2nd) so you never hear your neighbors walking around above you and it gets lots of natural sunlight. Very close to I-225, I-25, DTC, Southmoor lightrail/RTD station, many parks, and all sorts of different types of stores. Large open rooms with 9' high ceilings and doors, and lots of storage in 7 closets, 3 of which are huge walk in closets. Incredible balcony that always stays shaded and therefore remains quite a few degrees lower than the ambient outside temperature. HOA includes everything BUT electricity (water, heat, D&O and liability insurance, snow/trash removal, roof, exterior maintenance, etc.) There is no water heater in the unit we have a boiler system that provides the heat and hot water so you will never run out of hot water in the shower. The reason for the multiple price drops is that I have been feeling the market out. I still have some flexibility in my price if this is a private sale without any Realtor's fees...
