Small full bathroom with shower. There is a shared washer and dryer in the garage. Water, electricity and wireless internet access are all included in the low rental rate of $700/mo. This unit is available from Dec 1-March 31. For a higher monthly rate, April and May could be rented. Bicycles and beach chairs are in the garage to share. Wonderful beach location. Easy walk to the pier. 2 beach accesses are very close, one is the Black Skimmer Dr access. The community recreation center is a 3 block walk if you want to participate in classes. All Emerald Isle restaurants, bars, grocery stores and CVS are within 2.5 miles of the property. I live 2 miles away and my property manager and great handyman Steve lives 15 minutes away. First and last month's rent due at signing. This would be a 5 month lease. November 1- March 31. Would consider a shorter term at a slightly higher rate. Also possible is a lease extension into April and May. April and May rent would be higher than the $700/rate. This apartment is not large enough for 2 people to live comfortably.
