There is a double door closet and extra hanging space in the hallway to the bathroom. The bathroom has a shower, no bathtub. There is a washer and dryer in the garage to share with the upstairs tenant if I find one. Bicycles and beach chairs are in the garage to share. Wonderful beach location. Easy walk to the pier. 2 beach accesses are very close, one is the Black Skimmer Dr access. The community recreation center is a 3 block walk if you want to participate in classes. All Emerald Isle restaurants, bars, grocery stores and CVS are within 2.5 miles of the property. I live 2 miles away and my property manager and great handyman Steve lives 15 minutes away. This lease could begin as early as January 15. The property is available at this price until 04/30/2024. May is already rented. Summer weeks are not available. All utilities, including internet, are included in the base rent. A property manager is available to quickly repair any issues that may come up. All appliances are less than 3 years old.
