Easy walk to the pier. 2 beach accesses are very close, one is the Black Skimmer Dr access. The community recreation center is a 3 block walk if you want to participate in classes. All Emerald Isle restaurants, bars, grocery stores and CVS are within 2.5 miles of the property. I live 2 miles away and my property manager and great handyman Steve lives 15 minutes away.
