Tenant Qualifications
Because of the unique nature of this property, we are seeking a responsible long-term tenant who will care for the home and acreage.
Qualified applicants should be prepared to provide:
3-5 years of verifiable rental history or homeownership history
Previous landlord references (or equivalent housing references)
Employment verification
Proof of sufficient income (minimum household gross income of three times the monthly rent)
Credit report demonstrating responsible financial history (700+ preferred)
Background screening, conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws
No prior evictions or significant lease violations
Personal references
Security deposit as required by the lease
Additional Information
No smoking or vaping inside the home.
Lease term and pet policy to be discussed with qualified applicants.
Tenant is responsible for utilities unless otherwise specified.
Grounds maintenance responsibilities will be outlined in the lease.
