The fully landscaped front and back yards are xeriscaped, with the fully fenced backyard perfect for hanging out since there are pavers and garden boxes. The backyard is accessible from both the off-street 1-car carport and the small garage in case the on-street parking is filled. The interior of the house was painted in 2023 while the exterior of the house was painted and all windows replaced in 2022. Absolutely no cigarette smoking inside or outside (front porch or backyard) the property allowed. The kitchen door has a dog door, and one pet is OK with an additional deposit of $250 (refundable if no specific animal damage is incurred as per the terms of the lease agreement). The house is wired for cable service and gets excellent service for all major cell carriers. The owner pays the City of Denver water and trash/recycling/compost bills, with the tenant responsible for Xcel energy and Xfinity cable service.
