Plum and pear trees are growing. Sunflowers grow every year. Five chickens. Compost. A grill There is a garage and side shed for gear or storage. The backyard is shared with two downstairs neighbors. They are quiet, kind and friendly. The house is perfectly located close to Route 6 and I70 with easy access to Denver (10-15 mins), Golden (15 mins) and the mountains. A little about the lease terms and setup... This would ideally be a 6 month lease April 1st to October 1st. I will be traveling for 6 months and would love for someone to be able to use this house for the summer. I would much rather someone nice who I trust over more rent. I will give you a discount if you are a really good fit! I will clear all my personal items out, but would be happy to leave all the furniture and kitchen appliances if you want them.
