They are quiet, kind and friendly. The house is perfectly located close to Route 6 and I70 with easy access to Denver (10-15 mins), Golden (15 mins) and the mountains. A little about the lease terms and setup... This would ideally be a 6 month lease April 1st to October 1st. I will be traveling for 6 months and would love for someone to be able to use this house for the summer. I would much rather someone nice who I trust over more rent.
