A beautiful new build home located in south west area about 15 min from strip and right next to rainbow shopping center/ blue diamond. 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathroom, and two car garage. I have two of the rooms for rent, they sit side by side to each other along with the bathroom right across from them. They are located on the right wing of the upstairs area that is separated from the master by a loft. I am looking for someone who wants both rooms. Thinking one room designated as your bedroom and the other for office space, a walk in large closet, etc. Basically whatever suits your lifestyle and or storage needs. With this you would have your own private bathroom, parking space in the garage, as well as full use of the laundry room, and kitchen. I have the downstairs living room furnished but cleared areas in the kitchen cabinets, pantry, and fridge for comfortable storage and use. Upstairs as I mentioned there is a loft area. That is not fully furnished and I can keep it that way if there is a living room that comes along with the roommate. This could be a comfortable place to pretty much have your own living room. If not needed/ desired I do plan to furnish that and make it more homey for the both of us as i do live here in the master. I am a respectful hardworking clean person and would give you your own privacy with your life and things. Rent is due at the end of every month before the new month. There is no smoking inside. If we want to continue rent after 6 months or if you are looking for a year we can discuss this. Tenant is responsible to clean up after themselves in common areas as i Will be doing the same. If you are going to want to change the air that is fine we will split this utility. (:
