UTILITIES: All utilities are included - Electricity, water, trash pickup, and wifi. PETS: One dog per stay is allowed, subject to a non-refundable pet deposit of $100, provided that the dog is under 40 pounds and is housebroken. The dog should always be supervised in the home and is not allowed on beds or other furniture. Cats are not permitted under any circumstances. PARKING: Only passenger cars, pickup trucks, or SUVs are allowed at the property - No recreational vehicles (RV) are permitted at any time. SMOKING: No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home. DEPOSIT / RENT: Security deposit plus booking fee is due upon signing of the booking agreement. All payments must be made by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle. NOTE: A high season surcharge of $1,350 per month will apply for rentals during June and July.
