Every year our fully renovated apartments fill up with Cornell graduate students, mostly Master's and PhD candidates (and the occasional professor). Our apartments are also great for families, with the popular Fall Creek school just around the block. Many of our tenants are from other parts of the world, and we welcome diversity. We are particularly good at handling the special needs of incoming graduate students from other countries. Our only 1 bedroom apartment is available for move-in between July 1 and August 1 for $1100 per month. High definition 3D online Google Maps-style walk-through tour links are available upon request. Apartment 3n is located on the third floor of our main house, with views toward the north above the roofs of most Fall Creek homes, which are normally two stories. There is one full bath. That bathroom does require crossing a hallway which is used by the other third floor apartment to enter and leave their home. The bathroom is only for the use of apartment 3n, the other apartment has its own bathroom. The kitchen in Apartment 3n is small but complete, with a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, gas stove, garbage disposal, etc. There are multiple closets. Washer and dryer (free for residents) are shared with the other apartments (6 in total). Lease start date can be between July 1 and August 1. Parking is on-street, and there is usually plenty of parking available.
