Every year our fully renovated apartments fill up with Cornell graduate students, mostly Master's and PhD candidates (and the occasional professor). Our apartments are also great for families, with the popular Fall Creek school just around the block. Many of our tenants are from other parts of the world, and we welcome diversity. This year we expect apartments 2 and B to be available for 2021-22. Each apartment rents for $2400 per month, all utilities included. High definition 3D online Google Maps-style walk-through tour links are available upon request. Apartment 2 is a classic second floor flat with 9+ foot ceilings, and large rooms. Some tenants use the huge living room as a luxurious bedroom, while using the dining room as a living/dining room. The next largest bedroom is often used by another housemate, and the two remaining small rooms can serve as a bedroom and office for a third person. If people claim to related in some way, then more than three people can live in this apartment. Floors are solid hardwood, and the large kitchen is updated with a huge fridge and stainless steel restaurant sink with drainboards. There are plenty cabinets in the kitchen. Apartment B is a chef's dream apartment, with dual fridges and a giant restaurant stainless steel dual sink with sideboards, and even a commercial pot sprayer. Enjoy room for entertaining in the 40 foot long great room (kitchen, dining, living room), and personal space in pair of suites upstairs. Each suite has a larger room and a smaller room, and one offers access to a balcony overlooking our courtyard. There is also a long skinny on the first floor which often has a full-sized bed on a loft. This is a large apartment, about 1500 square feet. This apartment is fully furnished as a luxury vacation rental, with quality, modern (mostly purchased in 2019 or so) furniture and beds. Fully renovated in 2009, this is a townhouse-style home in an historic carriage house. There are actually 5 rooms with beds, but two of these rooms are accessed only through other rooms, so these suites are well-suited to scholars who work and study in their own space. There is one full bath and one half bath. When three people share this apartment, they usually split the rent unevenly at $850 and $900 for the two suites, and $650 for the third person. All utilities are included. Washer and dryer (free for residents) are shared with the other apartments (6 in total). Lease start dates may be flexible, between July 1 and August 1 is preferred. Parking is on-street, and there is usually plenty of parking available.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
