Large four bedroom two full bathroom apartment with in unit laundry room and off street parking. The apartment is very versatile and can be used in different ways if you want a home office or dining room instead of a bedroom, but is set up so that it can be used as a four bedroom. All of the bedrooms have decent closet space and there are other storage spaces in the apartment as well. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a full tub. The laundry room is in the apartment and has a washer and dryer as well as a nice sink/work area. The yard is fenced and shared with one other apartment and the parking space for the apartment is just at the rear of the building. The apartment is located in the City of Lancaster on the same block as Rumplebrewskins (good google search point if you want to know the neighborhood). It is an easy walk downtown, to the train station, hospital and so on, but is also very easy to get in and out of town if you drive to work since it is near the top of the city. We also have great neighborhood bars and restaurants all around the area - several with on only a few blocks (Quips, Stubbies, ABag to name a few). Owner pays for the trash and recycling. The tenant is responsible for the electric and water utilities. The windows have all been replaced, so they are far more energy efficient than the original wood windows. Pet fees are dependent on what pets you have. Apartments are typically limited to two pets - we occasionally allow three depending on the situation. The usual breed restrictions apply to dogs and dogs over 40 pounds will use the breed average weight to determine pet fees. Typical lease is one year, but we are willing to accept leases for shorter terms or on a month to month basis for a 10% premium on the base rent. Smoking of any substance is not permitted in or around the buildings at any time.
