Street parking is free, but we also have one off street parking space for rent on the property if needed. The apartment is located in the north east section of the city near N Plum St and E Ross St. It is a few blocks from Lancaster General Hospital, a bunch of local watering holes like Abag, Quips, Stubbies... and is an easy walk to the rest of downtown Lancaster City. We cover the water and trash while the tenant is responsible for the electric bill - all new windows, so that helps a lot on the bill side.
