One bedroom apartment on the 800 Block of North Plum Street. This is a great part of the city to live in if you need to commute to work, but still want to be able to walk downtown and still have a neighborhood feel. There are some great bars and restaurants in this part of town and you can easily walk to LGH and the train station as well. Street parking is free in this part of town, but we do have some parking a few blocks over if you want something off street. We also have parking in the rear of the property that is currently taken, but offer it to tenants first if it opens up. The apartment itself has plenty of storage and is well laid out. We renovated it a few years ago, so it is not dated and has all new windows. It also has a shared laundry in the basement that is only shared with one other apartment. We cover all if the utilities including electricity. The only thing you would need to get for this apartment is cable/internet if you want it and someone else in the building may be willing to share. The apartment does not qualify for section 8. While we work with programs like ERAP that does not replace income and credit requirements, so you will need to submit the full app to see if you qualify on your own. Pets are permitted with certain limitations, so please let us know what you have so we can let you know if it will work. Owners pay all utilities except the elective ones (TV, phone, internet...), but there are caps in place if utilities are abused or rates sky rocket. While pets are permitted, they are typically limited to under 40 pounds and the typical banned breeds apply due to our insurance company. Smoking is very strictly prohibited inside any part of the property - including out of windows and vaping, hukkah or other methods of smoking (sorry, it caused so many issues we almost banned candles...). The typical lease term is one year, but we do accept shorter term leases for a 10% premium and can discuss furnishing the apartment for an additional cost.
