Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. No parties are allowed. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old.
