This condo has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen (oven in one of the units is temporarily unavailable) and a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed. Complimentary coffee is provided, and there is access to a fitness center. Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load, payable by app. Two complimentary parking spots are provided per reservation (parking codes will be provided). Want to enhance your stay? Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds]. An additional $100-300 pet fee applies based on stay length.
