Newer home (built in 2022). The room is on main floor next to front door for easy access. You will have your own main floor 3/4 bath, plus access to all common areas of the house (including laundry). You will also have your own refrigerator in the garage. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. We do have a 42 inch smart TV with sound system available if you want to use it. It's pretty nice. Traveling nurses or professionals would be preferred, but as long as you employed and/or able to pay rent, you will be fine. We will run background and credit check We are a family of 3 (husband, wife and 14 year old son) and do family things like movie nights, BBQ, watch TV together etc...You are welcome to join, or may do your own thing. We do have a dog and 3 cats, but are OCD about cleanliness, so the house is almost always clean. The room has brand new carpet as well as a few other improvements. It's close to Walmart (just behind it in fact) and is easily walkable. Nice quiet family type neighborhood. Very diverse. Drinking and weed are acceptable in moderation. Lastly, I hate to say this but no MAGAs please. Lease can be month to month, or long term depending on circumstances.
