Monthly rent varies based on lease length: 12+ months: $3,200/month 9 - 11 months: $3,500/month 6 - 8 months: $3,700/month The home is move-in ready and fully furnished. Furniture can be kept as-is or rearranged to fit your needs. Limited furniture removal may also be accommodated upon request, with approved items stored in the garage. Security Deposit & Property Care Residents are responsible for damage to the home, furniture, or furnishings beyond normal wear and tear. Applicable charges may be deducted from the security deposit in accordance with the lease and applicable law. Move-Out Cleaning A $250 move-out/deep-cleaning fee applies at the end of the lease.
