actually, this house is being sold as a tear down. although the inside is sweet the whole foundation and the subflooring has structural damage. A whole new septic system, (new tank and septic field) was Just installed . a block from the Mohawk River and marcola elementary school.. The pictures are old. The tenants have destroyed some of the inside. Right now I am just taking offers.
