The terrace level has a large open game room complete with a slate pool table and comfortable TV watching area with two sofas. There is a large wall of windows that looks out onto the golf course. The bedroom has a queen bed and several windows, making it light and airy. There is also a full bath that can be accessed directly from the bedroom or the game room. The swim area includes a lake with sandy beach, pool, waterfall rock slide, canoes, paddle boats and beach volleyball. We have three lakes for boating, fishing and swimming (note - the cost of amenities, including the swim club, is not included in rental cost) There are miles of hiking and jeep trails with picturesque waterfalls. There is a baseball/softball field, a soccer field, basketball courts, and playground in the new Wildcat area of Big Canoe. Several wonderful restaurants are nearby and catering is available. Close to antique shopping, outlet mall, site-seeing, river rafting, speed boating, horseback riding, and more. Perfect for a second/vacation home.
