Rental Terms & Policies Inclusions & Requirements Monthly Cleaning: One cleaning per 30 days is required. Cleaning fee is included in the listed price (varies per property). Security Deposit: $500 per 30 days, capped at one month's rent. Utilities: Utilities, internet, and lawn care included (subject to a cap). Brokerage: All mid-term rentals are brokered by Sojourn Realty. Availability extends until the end of April. Lease Requirement All stays over 30 days require a signed lease brokered by Sojourn Realty. For insurance stay providers, leases are required for any length of stay.
