We're looking for someone to join us at our awesome home in Superior! You'll have a private room and private bathroom with no shared walls. Our house is mostly furnished (the room will be unfurnished) with plentiful kitchen equipment. A little bit about our house: more than 3,000 sq ft with high ceilings and tons of natural light. We've got a full basement gym available for you to use (squat rack + bench + adjustable dumbbells + deadlift platform + plenty of room for bodyweight fitness) and plenty of space to meet any home office needs. Full laundry room as well and more storage space than we know what to do with! About your room: unfurnished, eastern facing with huge windows for plenty of natural light. Bathroom is across the hall and has two sinks with awesome counter space. There's an additional towel/linen closet as well. Misc information: there is plenty of street parking and a guest bedroom available to whoever needs it! Our utilities have averaged around $100/month (power + gas + internet). DM me for more info!
