Most of the parking is in a large, centrally located lot. There is an on-site, coin-operated laundry facility. And, yes! We do allow dogs (up to two pets total). Initial lease term is 12 months, then month to month. 60 day notice to vacate required. A completed application which includes an agreement to a credit + criminal check for each adult that will be in the unit is required. Credit score of 650 or higher. No co-signers. No breed restrictions on dogs, but they must be interviewed for community fit and registered with our DNA dog waste program. Up to 2 pets total.
