This tiny home features a 4 burner propane stove/oven, full sized refrigerator, mini split heating and A/C unit, there are 2 lofts both could be used for sleeping or a sleeping and storage/office loft is another popular option. Outside the house there are apple trees that usually produce in the fall right in your backyard! We are pet friendly :) We offer 6 and 12 month leases. Owner pays for water, septic, trash. Renter pays for electricity and propane. Pet deposit is $200 for cats and $300 for dogs. Smoking is only allowed outside. Dogs must be on leash outside at all times, except when in the dog park or a fenced in yard.
