This tiny home features a 4 burner gas range, full sized refrigerator, mini split heating and A/C unit, and breakfast bar. Outside the house is a covered carport and mini backyard with a hammock and deck. We are pet friendly :) We offer 6 and 12 month leases. Owner pays for water, septic, trash. Renter pays for electricity and gas. Pet deposit is $200 for cats and $300 for dogs. Smoking is only allowed outside. Dogs must be on leash outside at all times, except when in the dog park.
